Yes and no. Yes, GOK is special in that it has an architecture for specifying lots of specific things within a layout to a great degree of detail. No, GOK isn't special in that users with impairments that require theme support may also be GOK users, and should get an "appropriate" response in GOK when they change themes.

least be a GOK mode in which it respects color and size settings (e.g.
foreground & background color, text font and text size). That way a user can
affect everything all at once on their desktop, including their GOK.
